　　As part of our supplier qualification process, all potential raw material suppliers must complete a comprehensive audit. In addition to answering questions about product characteristics and processing technology, they should also cover the supplier’s own supply chain and quality management system, registration and Certification, regulatory history, GMP compliance records, packaging and shipping functions, and any problems that have occurred in the past. Conduct a risk assessment to determine the source of raw materials and the level of risk in the source. Conduct on-site audits of suppliers of high-risk raw materials and key capsule ingredients (such as gelatin and HPMC).
